Meet Details:

• Heat Sheet: attached
• Arrival time: 5:15 pm
• Warmups: 5:30–6:00 PM
  Warm-up lanes will be limited and assigned upon arrival.
• Meet Start Time: 6:15 PM
  The meet is expected to last approximately one hour.
• Awards Ceremony: Estimated to begin around 7:15 PM

Awards & Recognition:

• All swimmers placing 1st through 8th will receive stuffed animal awards.
• Throughout the meet, our older swimmer volunteers will be handing out ducks and ribbons to all participants to ensure everyone feels recognized and celebrated.

Volunteers & Timers:

• We are providing all timers for the meet.
  Timers will be older swimmers who are being carefully supervised.
• We love allowing our older athletes to mentor and support the younger swimmers!
• If you have swimmers who would like to volunteer (not as timers), they are welcome to join us. Please have them check in with me, Coach Ashley, upon arrival.

Extras:

• Kona Ice will be available outside for all swimmers to enjoy after the meet!
